2024 Reflections

🌸Reflecting on everything that’s happened this year, one thing is clear: running a business is hard! It’s a whirlwind of long hours, heartache, tears, confusion—and yet, so much joy. A true rollercoaster of emotions.

That said, it’s also one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. Recently, someone commented that I seem more composed and less frantic than before—a reflection of how far 2024 has brought me.

At the start of the year, I was fired up, nervous, and very much figuring it out as I went. Now, I can honestly say I feel like I’m finding my rhythm. It’s been a journey of growth, resilience, and learning to trust the process—and myself!

So at this point, I can’t wait to get out and about in 2025, to meet new people and find new opportunities. But also to build on existing relationships and increase my capacity…because I’m excitedly looking forward to getting a full team in place next year (more on this to follow!).
