Welcoming our Senior Project Manager - Karen Ward

I’m hugely excited to share that Bloom Project Management has doubled in size: the phenomenal Karen Ward has joined the team! She’s Bloom’s new Senior Project Manager, helping me deliver on all projects going into 2026 – and beyond!

Karen is a natural fit for Bloom. I’ve known her for 15 years, she’s got fantastic energy and the boost that will bring to the company is inspiring me. She has a brilliant track record in the corporate world, with experience of working on a range of schemes from inception to completion. And she has the confidence to back it up, which will be so valuable both for our clients and for me.

Having extra capacity and availability for the business is obviously a huge bonus for both current and future projects. But more than that, it’s Karen’s integrity and strength that makes her such a great person to work alongside. The way she manages both team and professional relationships is pitch perfect. And her support and steadiness will be the backbone of Bloom going forward.
