Bloom core values: #1 Integrity

When I set up Bloom, my project management business, a year ago, I knew it had to be different. I wanted it to be a place for change and somewhere that represents growth. And that’s what I’m offering anyone who comes to work with us, the freedom to grow – or bloom! – in their own right.

 A huge part of the foundation of my business was defining its three core values: Integrity, Embrace and Inspire. Here, I explain the thinking behind Integrity.

Why Integrity is important

At Bloom, we want to ensure honest, transparent and ethical behaviour at every level of service, whether that’s the team, suppliers, collaborators or clients. Authenticity is incredibly important to me – I want to be myself and transparent about that. Because when you’re entirely comfortable and can be honest in how you’re working, this naturally leads to a respectful and professional environment. Integrity is key.
