LinkedIn is good for Business…

🌸🌸🌸 3 reasons why LinkedIn is invaluable for my business

I recently worked with a personal branding coach, @personalbranding_bybeatrice , who has been invaluable in helping me find the right way to appeal to my target client base. Beatrice is also a LinkedIn specialist and what she doesn’t know about the platform isn’t worth talking about!

I knew that for my business Bloom Project Management, at its current size, LinkedIn was an unbeatable way to extend my reach and make new connections. And through working with Beatrice, I’ve learned how to utilise it both more efficiently and to its full capacity. Here’s three key reasons why I would advise any business to make the most of LinkedIn.

🌸1. It has hidden depths

Diving into the technicalities of LinkedIn has been so enlightening. It’s a huge opportunity to take advantage of the algorithm and promote your business for free, understanding how to raise your profile to be visible to your ideal clients. You can also tailor your feed to make your scrolling time productive – rather than doom scrolling!

🌸2. Your network is bigger than you think

I love that LinkedIn offers you the chance to reach out to those you couldn’t otherwise easily connect with, because in ‘real life’ you’d never be in the same room. Others in your network are linked to people you may want to talk to – it’s a spiderweb of connection opportunity! When you scratch the surface, everyone seems to know everyone within two or three steps.

🌸3. Inspiration is everywhere

LinkedIn offers a great opportunity to gain insight from those who aren’t directly part of your network. I’ve learned a lot by following people in industries outside construction and been inspired by what they have to say.
