7 Bishopsgate, EC2 is a six-storey heritage building in the heart of City. The building hosts a Grade II listed façade with features of pink marbles atypical of the area. The asset was acquired by BentallGreenOak and upon vacant possession of each trading floor, has been reconfigured and fit-out to become home to full-fitted suites.
Following acquisition, Yaeger as Project Director for the Employers Agent and Project Management role oversaw the Fifth and Sixth floors significant redevelopment over an average programme of three to four months and a Contract Value of between £600k and £1.3million.
The Client had a pre-existing relationship with specialist fit-out Contractor Ambit, of which Yaeger oversaw the drafting, management and administration of the Contract for the Client.
