St James’ Diamond Jubilee Tea Rooms is an exquisite setting to enjoy a truly British pastime of Afternoon Tea.  This refurbishment project had a deadline which absolutely could not be missed! Queen Elizabeth II, Queen Consort Camilla and the Duchess of Cornwall opened the Team Rooms on the first day of Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee tour.

This project comprised of a complete refurbishment of the tea room hospitality at F&M including a new kitchen. Yaeger managed a multi-disciplinary team within AECOM and worked closely alongside interior design, David Collins Studio, and contractor, The Alan Nuttalls Partnership, to deliver this iconic and luxury scheme.
